MINTO – Elegant Lobbies

Our team was retained to update and modernize the lobbies and corridors of two Minto apartment buildings. Our goal was to bring an elegant, inviting element to the spaces that are functional useful and comfortable and that can withstand the high traffic and wear and tear without compromising the intended look and feel of the design concept. We selected finishes and designed details throughout the lobbies and common that brought in raw natural materials (concrete, wood) that make the spaces feel fresh, open, modern and inviting for tenants and their guests to enjoy.

Additionally, we were to convert an existing rental office into a café and laundry room for the tenants and convert the former laundry room to a party room with a full kitchen for entertaining and functions.
